Start by choosing a location to search

Then select your strategy.

Select the "Failed Listing" category in your map quick filters

Use Rank AI to identify likely to sell owners

Then to build a more custom list, click on "all filters" here

Open up the the "MLS Status" section

Choose a failed listing date range if you prefer

View your results here

Select the properties, then click "Save"

Place the properties under an organized list and tag name then click "Save"

You can now go to "My Lists" in your menu and easily find the list or tag you saved the properties under.
