How to use the MLS Description Filter

  1. Start by going to Property Search

  2. In the search bar, type a specific address, city, state, zip code, or county. Alternatively, use the pencil icon at the bottom left corner of the map to draw a boundary.

  3. No choose 'On Market' as your strategy

  4. Click the "All Filters" button

  5. Now head over to the "MLS Status" section

  6. To use the MLS Description Filter, simply type in keywords or phrases of your choice (separated by a comma) that agents have included in their listing descriptions like "fixer upper," "cash only," or "investor special", or "motivation seller".

  7. Set any additional filters you prefer to apply

  8. Once finished, view your results here

  9. Let's view the details on this property by clicking on the address

  10. Now go to the "MLS" tab

  11. This is a perfect example of what the MLS description filter can help you find. The description of this property written by the listing agent says this property is an "incredible investment opportunity."

  12. You can scroll down and get ahold of the agent effortlessly here

  13. Go ahead and select the properties, then click "save"

  14. Let's save the properties

  15. Organize them by saving under a list (main idea) and tag (subcategory) for easy access later.

  16. Go to My Lists to view your saved properties. Use the list or tag filters to easily find specific data.
