How to use the MLS Description Filter

Start by going to Property Search

In the search bar, type a specific address, city, state, zip code, or county. Alternatively, use the pencil icon at the bottom left corner of the map to draw a boundary.

No choose 'On Market' as your strategy

Click the "All Filters" button

Now head over to the "MLS Status" section

To use the MLS Description Filter, simply type in keywords or phrases of your choice (separated by a comma) that agents have included in their listing descriptions like "fixer upper," "cash only," or "investor special", or "motivation seller".

Set any additional filters you prefer to apply

Once finished, view your results here

Let's view the details on this property by clicking on the address

Now go to the "MLS" tab
