  2. Start by choosing your preferred location to search

  3. Now choose your strategy. Let's choose "off-market" for this example

  4. The most efficient way to pull a preforeclosure list is by using your map quick filters. Simply click on the category here.

  5. To build a more custom list, open the "all filters" here

  6. Now go ahead and open the "Pre-Foreclosure, Auction and Tax Info" section

  7. You can use the status area to pick a more specific part of the process you need the property owners to be in.

  8. A common focus are property owners who have just recently been issued a notice of default as the foreclosure process is just beginning.

  9. or you may even be looking for property owners who already have an active auction date. This is often to used to look up future date ranges.

  10. Let's open the "Ownership Info" tab

  11. and ensure the properties have been owned for a minimum of 5 years

  12. Once you finish applying your filters, view your results with the blue button in the bottom right corner

  13. now select the properties and click "Save"

  14. Place the properties under a clear list and tag name, then click "save"

  15. You can now go to "my lists" in your menu and easily find the properties you saved with the list and tag filter here.
