How to Pull a Vacant List in the Product

Start by searching for a location of your choice

Then choose your strategy.

Now click on the "Vacant" category in your map quick filters.

or use Rank AI to find likely to sell owners

To customize your list, open the "all filters" option here

Go to the "Property characteristics" tab

Choose your preferred classification.

Then choose a type.

Apply a max year build filter here

Apply a minimum years owned filter

Once finished, click the blue button in the bottom right corner to view the results.

Select the properties, then click "save"

Place the properties under a clear list and tag name, then click "save"

You can then go to "my lists" in your menu and use the list and tag filter to find your saved data.
